The past 21 days have been a test, that's for dang sure. I told myself at the beginning of this challenge that I would give it my all because I needed to prove to myself my mental strength. This challenge was hard; it was fun; it was frustrating; it was rewarding.
Yes, clearly I see physical transformation (which is exciting + fun to watch the body change), but also, I know I can do a workout program 21 days in a row without skipping a beat, + I followed a simple + realistic nutrition plan. I know that even when I've had days at work where I think I'm going to pull all of my hair out, I met with myself to workout because it's a meeting I scheduled with myself, + I have made a decision to stop disappointing myself. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
Throughout this challenge, I had pizza, cookies, wine, queso + more when it wasn't counted for... but you know what? I don't regret it at all because that's called balance + a little something I like to call "realistic expectations".
I know, without a doubt, that if I can do this, then absolutely A N Y O N E can do this, too. It's never too late to start--you are never "too far gone" or "too old" or "can't because XYZ". I promise you, you can do this. Let's get started together + make change H A P P E N 🔥
