But I believe to sticking to basic wave patterns and number schemes are by far the best and most calculated way to gain strength. If you want to throw in some fun movements afterwards . That is the best time to do it. If strength is your goal. Than warming up and fatiguing too many patterns before the primary lifts can negatively affect your #gainz . Unless your running a prefatigue program... which is a whole other ball game. It may seem basic to do 10 sets of 4-5 reps. But excellence is just mastery of the basics👊🏻.Happy #thursday and Happy Lifting.🏋🏻💪🏻🙏
